WEDNESDAY WANDERS
Join us for a gentle, restorative walk along the South West Coast Path. Learn about the history, flora and fauna of this stunning stretch of coast, and take some time to breathe and recover.

WATER & WELLBEING YOGA
We are thrilled to be partnering with the wonderful Bella from Wave Rewild Yoga, to offer you the opportunity to join these calm, mindful Water and Wellbeing yoga sessions. Bella explores our interconnection with water through movement, meditation and breathwork.
Every other Tuesday, 6-7pm, St Endellion Hall.

FRIDAY AFTERNOONS
Join us at our Coastal Centre at Trevathan Farm Shop every Friday, 2.30-4.30pm to try any number of our nature-based arts and crafts activities.
These are relaxed sessions, giving you the opportunity to work quietly alone, or to connect and chat with the group.

Wednesday Walks
Join us on the dramatic cliffs around Port Quin Bay for a gentle, mindful, restorative walk.
Nothing too taxing, with plenty of time to take in the wild, unspoilt beauty of the bay.

Port Quin
Port Quin is a historic fishing village which lies between Polzeath and Port Isaac on the North Cornwall Coast.
There is only one road in and out of the village, and the National Trust car park is the only large open area.

Snacks or packed lunch

For the Friday Afternoon Club, we have LOTS of materials at our Coastal Centre which you are welcome to use.
However, if you have a crafting project you are currently working on, please feel free to bring that with you.
Please bring a water bottle and any snacks you might need.

Partnering with Wave Rewild Yoga, we are thrilled to offer these wonderful, relaxed and mindful, water-focussed movement sessions.
Bella says, “At Wave Rewild Yoga, our practice is not about becoming more flexible, losing weight, or just stretching. Our sessions interweave water advocacy, water meditation, creative visualisation, movement, breathwork and reflection”
Bella’s gentle, inclusive sessions are open to all, and can be tailored to suit all abilities.
There is no charge for these sessions, but we would appreciate a donation to the charity, if you are able.
Friday Afternoon Club
EVERY FRIDAY
2.30-4.30pm
Join us at our wonderful Coastal Centre at Trevathan Farm Shop in St Endellion to enjoy some nature-based arts and crafts, or any other activity that takes your fancy!
Help yourself to our many pens, pencils and paints, or try your hand at some digital art. You can decorate stones, shells, timber, fabric, paper or card, which you can leave with us to complete another day, or take away with you at the end of the session to enjoy at home.
If you have anything specific you’d like to try, or would prefer to bring your own project, we can accommodate most things, and would love to help and advise you if you need.
